Linux boot error for various reasons
Because they do not create an option in Linux ISO with error detection
and diagnostics for any installations already performed that do not
initialize, having the options of restoring corrupted files, or even
uninstalling the compromised files or applications and installing the
standard files.
The only option that exists in ISO Linux is to install from scratch or
install next to the previous installation. Could this CD bootable drive
or pen drive fail to fetch the compromised system boot and automatically
return to the original file's default even if it would cost to make new
"sudo apt update" files?
The GRUB itself would be restored without the need for third-party programs, as
this is not the only problem with Linux distros in the boot sector.
Another thing! All the distros have a pretty look on the login screen except
for Ubuntu. Is not it time to make him more modern?

Porque não criam uma opção na ISO Linux com detecção de erros e
diagnostico para eventuais instalações já realizadas que não
inicializam, tendo as opções de restauração dos arquivos corrompidos, ou
até mesmo com a desinstalação dos arquivos ou aplicativos comprometidos
e instalação dos arquivos padrões.
A única opção que existe na ISO Linux é instalar do zero ou instalar ao
lado da instalação anterior. A Disto inicializável por CD ou pen drive
não poderia buscar a inicialização do sistema comprometido e
automaticamente voltar ao padrão do arquivo original, mesmo que isso
custasse fazer novo "sudo apt update" de aluns arquivos?
A própria restauração do GRUB seria realizada sem necessidade de programas de
terceiros, pois este não é o único problema que ocorre com as distros Linux no
quesito inicialização.
Outra coisa! Todas as distros tem um visual bonito na tela de login, menos o
Ubuntu. Não está na hora de deixá-lo mais moderninho?
