Thanks for reporting.
Now that the current development version of Ubuntu (Disco Dingo) has
started syncing packages from Debian again, it looks like this has been
synced. It is currently in disco-proposed
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gambas3/3.11.4-5) and will
presumably migrate to the regular archives once it has built on all
architectures.
