rarian will be removed from Debian soon. It has been obsolete for years.

gnome-raw-thumbnailer and gnome-translate both depend on libgnome stuff that we
are working to remove from Debian & Ubuntu. Those libraries have already been
removed from Debian Testing. Therefore, we might as well remove them from
Ubuntu now. Both of those packages have been unmaintained upstream for over a
decade.
ekiga is being removed from Debian too.
