Public bug reported:

lxd fails it's autopkg tests on arm64 in 18.04 LTS. I have been told
that lxd is supposed to work in 18.04 LTS as a regular package.  Please
could you fix that test, or tell if it should be ignored?  This is
currently blocking the python3.x and then the openssl updates for
bionic.
