Can you confirm that the option to use hardware acceleration is checked
under "Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View" ?
I am seeing tearing when playing 3D transitions fullscreen on an
external monitor, that's with the libreoffice snap (version 6.1.3.2) on
cosmic (Ubuntu 18.10).
