I have the same problem on Linux Mint MATE 18.3 Sylvia (Ubuntu 16.04)
with LibreOffice 1:6.1.3~rc2-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 from PPA.
$ LC_ALL=C apt-cache policy libreoffice-impress
libreoffice-impress:
Installed: 1:6.1.3~rc2-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

It happens also when I downgrade to 1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial4 from
xenial-upgrades.
