Public bug reported:
When mounting a NFS share either manually or through fstab the directory
shows has a padlock which results in a read only state for the first
directory level; however any directories within the first directory can
be wrote to.
This issue does not happen within the terminal (with standard user
permissions) or using a different file manager, for example, pcmanfm as
the mounted share is writable folder across all directory levels.
Note: I encountered the same issue with nautilus.
