For 4.18 based azure images, there are two repos: lp:~canonical-kernel/ubuntu/+source/linux-azure/+git/cosmic
or the azure-edge-next branch in the bionic azure tree. I'm going to review both to see if the commits going from 4.15 to 4.18 are linear.
