Backup-manager upload to S3 fails since the new libnet-amazon-s3-perl
requires an AWS region.
Attribute (region) does not pass the type constraint because: Validation
failed for 'Str' with value undef at reader
Net::Amazon::S3::HTTPRequest::region (defined at
/usr/share/perl5/Net/Amazon/S3/HTTPRequest.pm line 50)
