JFTR: The line in the subject is not the error message but only the
report _that_ something has failed. The actual error message is in
DpkgTerminalLog.txt and the cause is this:
Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/usr/share/wicd/daemon/wicd-daemon.py", line 1798, in main
os.chmod(backup_location, 0644)
