openvswitch-switch failed to start which indicates that one of the
dependent units failed:
ovs-vswitchd.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it.
ovsdb-server.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it.
Please take a look and see (systemctl status on the two units, or use
journalctl -xe -u <unitname).
Marking incomplete for now (I was not able to reproduce this issue in a
fresh bionic install)
