I think the openvswitch-nonetwork systemd unit is failing to start - you
can take a look using:
sudo systemctl status openvswitch-nonetwork
sudo journalctl -xe -u openvswitch-nonetwork.service
/var/log/openvswitch log files may also contain more information.
I can't see the openvswitch module being loaded in the dmesg output so
that might be something todo with this.
