Hi! We use the locales provided by glibc in Ubuntu, so the first thing you'd need to do is request that an Abkhazian locale is created upstream. Example upstream bug:
https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14172 I see that there is is an existing Ubuntu Abkhazia team, and you should better encourage more members to join it. This is a check list for starting the translation of a new language in Ubuntu: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/StartingTeam Some of those steps you have already taken. Good luck, and don't hesitate to ask further questions. ** Bug watch added: Sourceware.org Bugzilla #14172 https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14172 ** Package changed: langpack-locales (Ubuntu) => glibc (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1804543 Title: I want the Abkhaz language to be added.
