Those fixes should unblock startup of libvirt on ThunderX. Keep in mind that 
only hostdev config will work on this platform as <interface type="hostdev"> is 
not supported.

In case you find and issues keep me informed.
I will send v3. Changes for v3 are about where to report error and should not 
influence on functionality.
