The debian/copyright file has change significantly in this release. I
have not reviewed the entire delta - some of it may just be formatting -
but I did notice that our permission to redistribute in the Canonical
Partner Archive has been removed.
Where it used to say:
"This software is included in Ubuntu by special license agreement between
IBM and Canonical, which authorizes its distribution in the Ubuntu archive,
its mirrors and the Canonical Partner Archive. Distribution outside of the
Ubuntu mirror network is not covered by this agreement."
It now says:
"This software is included in Ubuntu by special license agreement between
IBM and Canonical, which authorizes its distribution in the Ubuntu archive
and its mirrors. Distribution outside of the Ubuntu mirror network is not
covered by this agreement."
I'll therefore move this to Incomplete until the reasons for these
changes are clarified.
