Public bug reported:
Durint a Server install (tested on x86 and AMD64) if for some reason the source
mirrors that is selected at installation time is not available:
- users are not warned of the problem and not given an option to pick another
one
- affected mirror source list are commented out
- cd is used as an authoritative source
** Affects: apt-setup (Ubuntu)
