Fails, battery is drained until it is flat, resulting in permanent damage and reduced capacity. This bug causes security violations - Suspend the laptop. Suspend never happens. Someone else comes and uses it because it never locked even though you hit the button. These are serious issues. The policy should be terminated immediately. Its purpose was to prevent lost work.
