This is likely a duplicate of bug 131526, where certain GTK themes
trigger OOo crashes.
What GTK theme are you using? (see "gnome-appearance-properties")
A workaround is to switch to another GTK/Gnome theme or removing the
openoffice.org-gtk package.
Please report back, if you can fix your problem(s) with these
workarounds (and therefor the bug is a duplicate).
If this is not likely to be that problem, please provide more information:
- is there a crash file in /var/crash?
- what gets printed to a terminal, if you start oocalc/oowriter from there
(and then make it crash)?
