the grub bug certainly is a different bug.

Here from your log:

 Le groupe « ntp » existe déjà, sans être un groupe système. Fin de la 
procédure.

That means your system has a colliding user named "ntp" which blocks the 
packages installation.
The only solution I see is rename the current ntp user [1] then ntp 
installation would work.
