Hi Pau, Sorry this wasn't on our radar before. The jplayer package in Ubuntu is now a candidate for removal, due to its build-dependency on mtasc which is being removed from Debian.
Since jplayer has not been uploaded since 2010, and is outdated software, as an Ubuntu archive admin I am going to go ahead and remove this package now. I think you should feel free to add any Conflicts/Replaces you think appropriate to the libjs-jquery-jplayer package. If someone is interested in re-adding jplayer as a transitional package, they should reference this bug in the upload and I will be happy to evaluate its reinclusion. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1169456 Title: Duplicate package To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jplayer/+bug/1169456/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
