Issue was fixed after full reinstall of very thing. Recreate GPT tables, Reinstall windows 10 Reinstall all drivers for bios and then repartion disk : add two additional partion for ubuntu uefi and ext4. And ubuntu was successfully installed. Have no idea where problem appeared previously.
