In /usr/lib/python2.7/dist- packages/txdav/caldav/datastore/scheduling/imip/outbound.py and /usr/lib/python2.7/dist- packages/txdav/caldav/datastore/scheduling/imip/outbound.py inbound is a known and currently not fixed bug.
