Binary package hint: gnubiff
For some mails the gnome panel applet is unable to show a preview of the
mailtext. It just displays "[Cannot convert us-ascii to UTF8]" instead.
But if I remember correctly, any mail in us-ascii is automatically
already in UTF8, so there is no need for conversion.
