Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, Kernel 4.15.0.42, VLC 3.04, ,installed with the last
general update .
Problem VLC 3.04 :
When i am in full screen, the control panel bar disappear and don't
appear on mouse over or randomly. i Must Quit by a Right click and I
need to rollback on 3.03 version to work's again normally.
** Affects: vlc (Ubuntu)
