Thank you for your bug report. Does it happen every time? The description is 
not really clear to me, is the problem that after setting the dock to be placed 
at the bottom of your screen all your open windows become invisible?  
Do you use one or multiple monitors?
Could you add your journalctl from around the time of the issue?
