Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: scite

The text read from the attached file is not displayed correctly,
the accented chars are missing. Try to read the file with Bluefish, too,
and compare them.

The accented characters can by typed, they are displayed correctly

The text that should be

\lecture[5]{Verziókövető eljárások}{lecture-text}

appears on the screen as

\lecture[5]{Verzikvet eljrsok}{lecture-text}

When I add accented chars in the first word, the saved result is

\lecture[5]{Verziókövető eljrsok}{lecture-text}

i.e. the accented chars are saved, but not loaded

** Affects: scite (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
