bug report is about. According to
https://packages.ubuntu.com/cosmic/clamav the version 0.100.2+dfsg-
0ubuntu1 should be available in the repositories.
What's the output of these commands?
sudo apt update
sudo apt install clamav
apt-cache policy clamav
