Public bug reported:
SRU Justification
Impact: A 4.18-based hwe kernel has been introduced into bionic. However
some of the firmware files it requires are missing from bionic's linux-
firmware, rendering the relevant hardware inoperable.
Fix: Add the missing firmware files.
Regression Potential: Most of these files will not be used by the
existing kernels in xenial. A few may be, and while regressions are not
expected it's possible that new firmware versions might introduce
regressions.
