Could you please try to run `sudo apt update` to refresh the package
list to see if that makes the package available. If it still doesn't
work, please add the output of `apt policy mariadb-server` along with
the full error message you get when attempting to install. The policy
command should display something along the lines of:
$ apt policy mariadb-server
