Public bug reported:
Is fonts-ubuntu-console really non-free? I have not been able to find
any details about it. No reason exists in /usr/share/vrms/reasons/vrms.
If the package is free then it should not be reported. If the package is
non-free a reason should be listed in /usr/share/vrms/reasons/vrms.
I am seeing this on Ubuntu 18.04. The fonts-ubuntu-console is required
by the ubuntu-server package.
