Sounds almost like bug 1514243, but the function name has changed. I personally recommend upgrading to at least Ubuntu 16.04 or later since 14.04 will reach end of life in a few months from now (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases).
If you can, try Ubuntu 18.04. Although it looks like you might encounter bug 1727356 in the official release of 18.04 so you might want to use this instead: http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/bionic/daily-live/current/ -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1808944 Title: ndiswrapper-dkms 1.59-2: ndiswrapper kernel module failed to build [error: implicit declaration of function ‘vmalloc’] To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ndiswrapper/+bug/1808944/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
