Just another FYI. PCManFM crashed again. I was right clicking to create
a new folder. When I typed the folder name and clicked "Ok," the desktop
disappeared, and came back (I didn't have to start PCManFM from the
command line, like I have had to do in the past). But, no new folder was
created.

So, uninstalling the flatpack GIMP didn't fix it. (But, it did fix
GIMP's crashes, which seem to be related to PCManFM somehow, due to the
volume of strace activity when using that flatpack GIMP while stracing
PCManFM.).
