Public bug reported:
The locale «el_GR.UTF-8» does not contain thousands grouping. The fact
that this may or may not come from Debian or other "normalizing"
authority does not "un-bug" it in UBUNTU. This fact makes it really
impossible to use UBUNTU in places like banks or bank related
constitutions or companies.
