I got exactly the same problem - ubiquity crash - at the same step - trying to
re-install Ubuntu 18.04.1.
Two file systems are assigned the same mount point (/boot/efi)...
Please correct this by changing mount points

If I click OK I'm taken to the partition editor which appears to scan my
drives but then doesn't show any data. If I click on the "next" button,
ubiquity then crashes.

Ubiquity 18.04.14.6
"Ubiquity crashed with AttributeError in ok_handler(): 'NoneType' object has no
attribute 'endswith' "
Casper version 1.394
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.15.0-29.31-generic 4.15.18
