Thanks for the link but I am afraid this is not same problem.
My model has an intel CPU. I don't get the kernel panic message, nor the "IRQ 
nobody cared" message. 
New lines stop appearing after `intel-lpss - enabling device (0000 -> 0002)` 
(when IRQ is not disabled), maybe thats device is guilty.
