In Btrfs v3.12 on Trusty, the --help shows the identical layout:
* btrfs send [-ve] [-p <parent>] [-c <clone-src>] [-f <outfile>] <subvol>
* btrfs receive [-ve] [-f <infile>] <mount>
So we should be able to fix this once for all.
