Public bug reported:
Default gnome-shell keyboard is unresponsive on low-end hw. It have a big
typing lag (200-300 ms) and periodically misses touches (especially the
spacebar).
Have this issue on ASUS M80TA tablet and just-installed Ubuntu 18.10, minimal
installation, english locale.
