Bug Description:
"LXQt Configuration Center" is a launcher that collects system settings
in one place. Unfortunately, in the Japanese environment, the item name
display is too short to be useful.
Some item names are "...".
- Window Effects: "ウインドウ効果" -> "ウ..."
- Power Management: "電源管理" -> "..."
- Date and Time: "日時設定" -> "..."

This is the screen of "LXQt Configuration Center (lxqt-config)". The item name
is too short, I do not know the item name.

I have displayed the "menu://applications/DesktopSettings/LXQtSettings" screen
in File Manager. Here is the normal item name. (Icon size: 32 x 32)
