Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: * Fix ftbfs on armhf, wrong header name. * New upstream release LP: #1776169 Debian packaged the new upstream release and cherrypicked the arm FTBFS fix as well. Builds properly in pbuilder for disco. Changelog entries since current disco version 4.10.0-0ubuntu2: libpfm4 (4.10.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium * New upstream release.
