installed pgadmin4-apache2 package post-installation script subprocess
returned error exit status 1 ubuntu 18.10
Got this error, after I upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04 to 18.10 and
installed postgreql and pgadmin4 v3.5.
PGadmin seems to be running ok, but not sure what this error is.
