erlang-p1-zlib 1.0.4-3 FTBFS (and blocks the builds for erlang-p1-xmpp
and ejabberd) in disco due to Debian bug #911789
(https://bugs.debian.org/911789). Updating erlang to (at least)
1:21.2.2+dfsg-1 should fix this problem (see also bug #1799632).
