Public bug reported:

I want my WLAN adapter to connect even without me logging in, so I tried
manually configuring the interface using Network Settings.

I disable "Roaming Mode", type my ESSID ("crack"), choose my "Password
type" (sic) (WPA2), enter my Password, and choose DHCP configuration.

After doing this, I just get this repeated in my syslog over and over:

The device never manages to successfully use DHCP, so I can't get on the
network.

This is with the rt73usb/rt2x00 driver.
