Public bug reported:
The project page on Launchpad says it's for "until Xubuntu/Lubuntu
(Xfce/LXDE) migrate their panel to Gtk+3." Given that there are no
reverse dependencies, looks like that's done now. No reverse
dependencies, only in Ubuntu.
