Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu 18.04 and 18.10, am-utils for amd64 contains only wrapper
scripts and no binary executables:
$ file /usr/sbin/amd
/usr/sbin/amd: Bourne-Again shell script, ASCII text executable
This file is a wrapper for running amd from the build environment. It
tries to execute /usr/sbin/.libs/amd, which isn't there.
