After upgrade to Gusty I can't boot my system. With normal mode I read
this lines:
ata1.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 Serr action 0x2 frozen
ata1.00: cmd c8/00:08:00:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/c0 tag0 cdb 0x0 data 4096 in
Buffer I/O error on device sda logicat block0
ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uid/79c2c266-c76b-426c-aacb-c2185dbecc13 does not exist
This messages are repeated continuously.
In recovery mode I reed this messages:
ata1: soft resetting port
ata1.00: configured for UDMA 33
In recovery mode i read this message:
ata1: soft resetting port
ata1.00: configured for UDMA 25
ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uid/79c2c266-c76b-426c-aacb-c2185dbecc13 does not
exist
In recovery mode i reed this message:

I have waited up to an hour.
The hard disk referred to the error message is:
IDE - Quantum Fireball Ex6.4A (UDMA/33)
With Kernel 2.6.20-16 I have no problem.
