Public bug reported:
lubuntu-desktop needs to depend on lxlock since lxhotkey is pre-
configured to call it via 'Ctrl-Alt-l' by default after a clean install
of "Lubintu 18.04.1".
It is confusing to a new user that no setting of a HotKey for
'lxsession-default lock' works out-of-the-box.
