It FTBFS (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/test-
rebuild-20181220/+build/15877487), is very out-of-date compared to
upstream (https://restlet.com/open-source/downloads/current/), and has
been neglected as an Ubuntu-only package. Unless someone wants to put in
the work to modernize it, which seems unlikely given the complexity of
the package, it should be removed from the archive. No reverse
dependencies.
