Also, I notice you seem to be using this Bluetooth adapter: Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)
Unfortunately we do find that brand (Cambridge Silicon Radio) of Bluetooth adapter to be unreliable and buggy.
