What I can't explain here, is the ghost window that seems to appear for
Virtualbox: there is alternatively one or two dots next to Virtualbox icon in
the dock (while there is no need because no VM/ no secondary instance of this
app is launched)
I realised this thanks to the focus bug #1812407
