Hello, I want to tell you that the bluetooth is not working with the 4.18.0-13 kernel and the 4.15.0-43 for me (Ubuntu 18.04 and derivatives) despite I installed the bluetooth firmware for my rtl8723bs card. I installed the 4.20.3 kernel from the Mainline kernel Ubuntu PPA website with the help of ukuu and the bluetooth works (my adapter is recognized). So it seems there is still a bug in the Ubuntu official kernels.
